A structured, multi stage system that prepares men for real world employment.
A job isn't enough. A man who has spent years on the street needs a career — one that builds on itself, pays the rent, and doesn't vanish the moment the first hard day comes. Our Workforce & Career Development arm is built on that belief.
Faced with difficult choices, Dillon chose the structure and accountability of Thrive. He is now employed by the Choctaw Nation and thriving in the Transition House.

Thrive Community Center (TCC)
A dedicated space for education, training, and career advancement.
The Thrive Community Center is a classroom for men rebuilding their lives. GED prep, digital literacy, budgeting, the food handler's permit — whatever gap stands between a man and a job, this is where we close it.

Certifications open doors that stay open. OSHA, CDL, HVAC, welding — we underwrite the training and walk each man through the testing. A piece of paper in his pocket that says "I can do this job" changes a life.
Chebon's journey was marked by addiction and homelessness — and by resilience. After multiple attempts he committed to Thrive and followed through. Through GSO's support he overcame addiction and instability, and is now attending welding school, preparing for a skilled career.
